Cancellation Policy
Due to the time, preparation, and scheduling commitment involved in coaching services: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. If Client becomes dissatisfied after making partial payment under a payment plan, Client remains responsible for the full agreed-upon contract amount. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Attendance: If Client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session will be forfeited. If Client does not attend a scheduled session (“no-show”), the session will be forfeited without refund. Rescheduling Policy: Client must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Client may reschedule no more than 50% of sessions within their purchased package. Failure to comply with these policies may result in forfeiture of the session.
