Helping others was a dream of my younger self. However, because I was overwhelmed with the mental, emotional, and physiological mess of ADHD, I couldn’t support others the way I deeply desired to. So I made a decision. And this one decision forever changed my life…
I decided to embark on the long, arduous journey of healing myself before helping others. This meant a dramatic shift in my mindset, removing self-criticism as a motivating factor, and learning how to navigate the ADHD obstacles of life, career, and relationships.
My turning point came when I combined my medical training at New York University as a nurse, my functional medicine knowledge, and my ADHD coaching experience with my own personal journey. I experienced a dramatic shift in my mindset, motivation, emotional wellbeing, mental clarity, and relationships.
This brings us to today. I now help adults thrive with ADHD. My approach blends medical insight, holistic health strategies, and ADHD-specific, and lived experience to guide you. Before I could help others, I had to learn how to work with my ADHD instead of constantly fighting it. For years, I cycled through planners, productivity hacks, and even medication, but nothing stuck. I’d start strong, crash, and end up feeling frustrated and ashamed.
